Greg O’Riordan

Greg is the proud founder, director and principal physiotherapist at Action Home Rehab. His unwavering passion for physiotherapy empowered his vision to create a sustainable premium home visit physiotherapy business. Delivering the future of home physiotherapy to all patients in the community continues to drive him every day.

He has owned his own private practice in Hurstville for 23 years and is vastly experienced as a manual physiotherapist in acute sports injuries, general rehabilitation and aged care settings spanning 30 years both here and overseas.

Adrian Cerra physiotherapist at Action Home Rehab

Adrian Cerra

Adrian is happy if his clients are happy.  He is empathetic and genuine with a positive and motivating approach. Focused on working together with his clients he aligns treatment strategies to achieve their goals.  He takes a biomedical approach to treatment incorporating hands-on treatment and exercise prescription.

Adrian is family orientated and is always with his family and friends.  Alternatively, he can be found either playing or watching sports.  He has a varied sports background and has played many at representative level. Currently, he plays soccer, goes to the gym and dabbles in endurance training.

Francesco Chu

Francesco is very enthusiastic to support his clients to move well and to continue living their best life. He has worked with a variety of rehabilitation clients and avidly keeps up to date with research in the community rehabilitation and aged care settings. Using a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription he helps his clients achieve their specific goals.

His favourite moments are when his clients can see and feel the improvement that physiotherapy brings.  Francesco constantly strives to make sure his clients benefit from his work.

Kevin Li

Kevin is passionate about delivering high-quality mobile physiotherapy to clients in their own home to help them achieve their individual goals. Having worked in a variety of clinical areas including aged care, orthopaedics and rehabilitation, Kevin is eager to apply his skills and knowledge to improve the lives of his clients. Whether he is helping older adults continue to live safely and independently at home or those who have had surgery needing rehabilitation, his clients will benefit from his enthusiasm and his motivational and caring approach.

Kevin enjoys playing frisbee, boxing and going to the gym. He loves exploring lookouts out of Sydney and coastal walks.

Simon Xing

Simon has experience in a wide range of physiotherapy settings including private practice, home visit physiotherapist rehabilitation, sports injuries and hydrotherapy.

He has pursued further education in muscle energy and dry needling techniques. Simon’s dedication to his client’s well-being and approachable nature gets the best results for his clients. He prides himself on his hands-on approach and professionalism. He uses his fluency in Mandarin to support our linguistically diverse community.
